This page governs text message communications between Vinyl Ink Corporation and individuals who opt in to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these terms. This page is required for 10DLC carrier compliance and is the URL provided to Twilio during brand and campaign vetting.

Vinyl Ink Customer Communications
Program Description
Vinyl Ink uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers about their orders, vehicles, and services. By providing your mobile phone number to Vinyl Ink -- at intake, quote request, drop-off, online appointment, or any other transactional touchpoint -- you consent to receive text messages related to:
- Order status updates and progress notifications
- Appointment reminders and scheduling changes
- Vehicle drop-off and pick-up confirmations
- Quote responses and follow-up communications
- Service authorization links and signature requests
- Warranty information, care instructions, and product bulletins relevant to services you have purchased
Promotional messages such as special offers or discounts are sent only to customers who have separately opted in. You are not required to opt in to promotional messages to receive transactional communications about your order.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you have requested. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per active service order. Customers who have opted in to promotional messaging may receive up to 2 additional promotional messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and your individual service plan. Vinyl Ink does not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may.

For questions about a specific text message you have received, replying to that message will reach our support team.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages from Vinyl Ink at any time.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message that no further texts will be sent.
- Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance and a link to this page.
- You may also email remove@vinyl.ink or call (510) 414-6013 to be removed from SMS communications. Email and phone-based opt-out is processed within 2 to 5 business days; STOP is processed immediately.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email correspondence. To opt out of email, see our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and their MVNOs) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS service provider; phone numbers and message content are processed by Twilio solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and are subject to Twilio's privacy practices in addition to ours. Changes to These Terms
Vinyl Ink may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new Last Updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers via SMS or email before they take effect.
Full Terms of Service
These SMS Terms and Conditions are supplemental to our full Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the full Terms of Service shall govern.
